Competition & Referrer T&Cs

• The Focus Assured Referral Scheme is open to anyone wishing to refer business to us.
• The referred company must not already be discussing a potential contract with us.
• To qualify for your voucher, the referred business/organisation must provide Focus Assured with a signed letter of authority and a copy of their gas or electricity bill. Your voucher will be posted to you, once these have been received by us.
• The referred business must be known to you. Focus Assured reserves the right to cancel and/or revoke any referred business, if we uncover or suspect your referral submission(s) not be known to you or if we suspect the referral details have been obtained fraudulently.
• The Focus Assured Referral Scheme may change or be withdrawn at any time at our discretion.
• Focus Assured cannot accept any liability for data submitted incorrectly.
• Focus Assured will only use the data provided to contact the referred party regarding their utility contracts and will not use it to send marketing emails, unless requested.
