We wanted to let you know that in spite of all the uncertainty, Focus Assured will be continuing to provide our customers with the service that they have always received and deserve. We understand that things will be extremely challenging during these unprecedented times, but if there is anything we can do to help support you, please give us a call or drop us an email and we will do all we can.
We will be operating business as usual, under normal working hours and everyone, including suppliers, has made arrangements to ensure that things run as smoothly as possible, whilst this situation continues to change on a day by day basis. To reassure you, it is our intention to continue as normal, even in the event of a lock down. The Focus Team are now working from home, to protect them as suggested by the government. Our lines have been diverted to our mobiles and so you will still be able to reach us during normal working hours. All account management will carry on in the same way and your points of contact will remain in place.

Focus Assured started trading in June 2009 with only a handful of employees and customers. Throughout the years, we have built up our teams and portfolio of customers, now servicing thousands of gas and electricity meters.
In the last 10 years, we have grown from a gas & electricity brokerage to an energy consultancy and we had great time expanding our service offering and making the company a success.
We would love to thank our staff for all the hard work they put in, ensuring that our customers always get the best deal and are looked after throughout their journey with us.
Last, but not least, a big thank you to all our customers for their trust and support all these years. We couldn’t have done it without you!

With lots of exciting opportunities lined up, a great team, as well as moving to new offices, a fresh start is in place, to ensure that the company continues to grow from strength to strength and provide its customers, both existing and new with the services that it has done so to date.
The company will continue to maintain its excellent reputation in the energy industry and we look forward to helping our customers with all their utility and energy savings needs in the years to come.
From 31st December 2015, after six and half years with the company, Steve Crawford resigned from Focus Assured Services and is no longer a Director. As a result, Focus Assured Services will continue under the Ownership/Directorship of Stacey Green and Richard Leigh.
